One of our two comfortable first floor apartments, up one flight of easy stairs - new handrails fitted.The bedroom has a double bed, touch lamp, clock radio, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and hairdryer.Living room has two sofas, one converts to a bed for one adult or 2 children.  Digital satellite TV/dvd, radio/CD player and an mp3/ipod player.  A good supply of DVD’s, CD’s, books and games.  Dining table and 4 chairs.   Kitchen is fully equipped, crockery, pans etc, cooker, microwave, 4 slice toaster, washing machine/dryer.  Fridge & freezer. Ironing board & iron, hoover etc. The bathroom, though compact has a shower over the bath, shaving light & socket, wc, radiator. This apartment has gas central heating throughout.
