A booking is a contract between Client & Proprietor
The property is hired on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the client or any person allowed into the property by him. The client will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departure.
No contract shall exist until a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% has been received. The booking will then be confirmed in writing. Cheques should be made payable to Mr & Mrs Topping.
Telephone reservations will be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.
The full balance of the total amount is payable not later than 42 days before the arrival date. Bookings made within 42 days of the arrival date must enclose payment for the full amount with the booking form.
Bookings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
The number of persons occupying the accommodation is limited to the number stated in the brochure.
The client is expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. The client is also responsible for the cost of any damage done to the property and its contents.
The use of the accommodation and amenities are entirely at the risk of those occupying the property and no responsibility can be accepted for injury nor for the loss or damage to any car or its contents.
In the event of cancellation the client remains responsible for the full rental. If however a replacement booking can be found all monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of £25.
Should a property become unavailable through any cause (such as fire) the proprietors liability is limited to the amount of rent paid.
The proprietor reserves the right not to accept a booking or to refuse entry if any of the booking conditions are not met.
While all information is believed to be accurate, the proprietor cannot be held responsible for any alterations that may be required.
Comments and suggestions for improvements are always welcome. If however you have a complaint, please take it up with the proprietor immediately so that rectification can be made. We are unable to deal with any complaints made after your departure from the property.
There is strictly no smoking within the apartments.
