CONTENTS:
Whilst each apartment is unique in it’s character, they are all fully equipped with the following items:
Lounge: comfy seating & sofa bed settee (single or double see individual apartment), TV with digital satellite connection (Sky box), dvd player, cd player, selection of dvd’s, cd’s, books and games. Additional lighting. Nest of tables or coffee table.
Kitchen: Electric cooker - 4 rings & oven, pans & casserole dishes, cooking utensils, microwave & micro dishes, toaster, kettle, coffee perculator, Washer/dryer. Fridge with ice compartment. Table & 4 chairs, place mats, crockery & cutlery, sharp knife, corkscrew, can opener, grater, scissors, jugs, mixing bowls, oven gloves, veg peeler, tea pot, mugs, glasses. Laundry basket & pegs (drying green outside), iron & ironing board. Mop, dustpan & brush, hoover. Also available for your use are:- washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, bin bags, washing tabs, salt & pepper, & spice rack.
Bedroom: beds (twin or double - see individual apartment), 2 pillows per guest, bed linen (completely changed and made up after every guest), wardrobe, coat hangers, chest of drawers, bedside lamp, bedside table, hairdryer. A travel cot is available free on request.
Bathroom: Shower (bath in ground floor apartment only) wc, sink, shaving point and light, mirror.
Garden: The garden (which is enclosed) to the rear of the property includes a drying green and patio area and is available to all guests. Patio chairs are also available.
On your arrival you are welcomed with a Scottish theme welcome basket, and milk in the fridge ready for that all important cuppa after your journey.
For your added convenience we also leave you with fresh soap and toilet roll in the bathroom, fresh dish towel and new dish cloth & brush in the kitchen.
For your peace of mind, all the apartments are fitted with at least one smoke detector and a fire extinguisher in or near the kitchen.
