Thank you for requesting information on our self-catering apartments in Largs.

 

We are delighted to offer four apartments, all within the same building and recently refurbished for self-catering.  Each apartment comprises a lounge, double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and are fully equipped.  There are additional sleeping facilities in the lounge if required, giving one or two extra beds (sofa style).

 

Ardrich - Ground floor.  Can sleep 3 - Twin beds with additional single bed settee in the lounge. Bath with over shower. Gas central heating.

 

Trinaka - First floor.  Can sleep 4 - Double bed with additional double bed settee in the lounge.  Shower.  Electric heating.

 

Lanico - First floor.  Can sleep 4 - Double bed with additional double bed settee in the lounge.  Bath with over shower. Gas central heating. 

 

Renka - Top floor.  Can sleep 3 - Double bed with additional bed settee in the lounge.  Shower.  Electric heating.

 

 

COSTS

 

Costs are inclusive of all facilities and amenities, gas & electricity and are per apartment per week.  Linen and towels are also provided weekly.  

 

A travel cot is available at no extra cost, please check availability when booking.

 

 

BOOKINGS

 

Clients are asked to note that bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

Bookings are only accepted as confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost.  The balance of the cost is due 42 days prior to arrival.  A copy of the booking form is attached.  It is advisable to check availability particularly in high season or for popular events.  Once we receive your booking form and deposit, you should receive a letter of confirmation within seven days.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

 

1                A booking is a contract between Client & Proprietor

 

2                The property is hired on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the client or any person allowed into the property by him.  The client will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departure.

 

3                No contract shall exist until a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% has been received.  The booking will then be confirmed in writing.  Cheques should be made payable to Mr & Mrs Topping.

 

4                Telephone/internet reservations will be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.

 

5                The full balance of the total amount is payable not later than 42 days before the arrival date.  Bookings made within 42 days of the arrival date must enclose payment for the full amount with the booking form.

 

6                Bookings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

 

7                The number of persons occupying the accommodation is limited to the number stated in the brochure.

 

8                The client is expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival.  The client is also responsible for the cost of any damage done to the property and its contents.

 

9                The use of the accommodation and amenities are entirely at the risk of those occupying the property and no responsibility can be accepted for injury nor for the loss or damage to any car or its contents.

 

10             In the event of cancellation the client remains responsible for the full rental.  If however a replacement booking can be found all monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of £25.

 

11             Should a property become unavailable though any cause (such as fire) the proprietors liability is limited to the amount of rent paid.

 

12             The proprietor reserves the right not to accept a booking or to refuse entry if any of the booking conditions are not met.

 

13             While all information is believed to be accurate, the proprietor cannot be held responsible for any alterations that may be required.

 

14             Comments and suggestions for improvements are always welcome.  If however you have a complaint, please take it up with the proprietor immediately so that rectification can be made.  We are unable to deal with any complaints made after your departure from the property.

 

15       There is strictly no smoking permitted within the apartments.
